FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We currently deliver throughout South Africa.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery takes approximately 3–15 business days, depending on your location and courier operations.
Please note that weekends and South African public holidays are not included in business days.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
We use Aramex Store-to-Door as our primary courier service for deliveries within South Africa.
In certain circumstances, another suitable courier service may be used where necessary.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email or SMS, where applicable.
Please allow some time after dispatch for your tracking information to become active.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.
From time to time, Dazey may offer free shipping or promotional shipping rates. Any applicable conditions will be clearly communicated with the offer.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Payments are processed securely through Yoco. The available payment methods will be displayed at checkout.
Dazey does not store or have access to your card details.
CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
We process orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made after an order has been placed.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Eligible online purchases may be returned in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
Returned items must meet the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds Policy, including being unused, unworn, and returned with their original packaging, tags, and accessories.

DO YOU OFFER EXCHANGES?
Dazey does not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different item, you can return an eligible item in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and place a new order for your preferred item.
WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEM?
Please contact us as soon as possible at dazey.support@gmail.com with:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Clear photographs showing the item and the problem
We will review the issue and assist you in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ENTER THE WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS?
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information at checkout.
If your parcel is delayed or returned because of incorrect or incomplete delivery information, additional delivery charges may apply before the parcel can be sent again.
If you notice an error in your address, please contact us as soon as possible at dazey.support@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been dispatched.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS MY DELIVERY?
The courier may attempt re-delivery, contact you, or redirect the parcel to an available collection point.
If your parcel is returned to Dazey due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or failure to collect it within the required timeframe, reasonable re-shipping fees may apply.
